FAQ

Do you offer the sale of alcohol?

Due to state requirements, alcohol is to be purchased by the client. Our licensed bartenders are legally allowed to serve it, so once you’ve purchased it, we are ready to take over!

Can you service a non-alcoholic event?

Absolutely. We can provide service for any type of event and provide a non-alcoholic beverage menu ranging from iced-tea, coffee, premium mocktails, and more!

What are the dimensions of your trailer?

The Nomad trailer is 11’ long and 6’ wide. In addition, it does require a standard electrical outlet.

The Gypsy mini bar is 44” long and 19” wide. The Gypsy comes on wheels and does not require any electrical outlets. The Wanderer champagne wall stands just under 6' tall.

Do you rent The Gypsy mini bar by itself?

Yes! In fact, it is most common for The Gypsy to be rented alone. We will take care of the set-up and break down as well as provide 2 starter bags of ice, so all you need to do is add your favorite beverage! If you would like to add a bartending host, we can accommodate that as well.

Who carries the insurance and permits?

We do carry our own insurance; however, it is your responsibility to obtain the proper licenses and permits for the event. If you purchase the beer or liquor, you assume responsibility of the event.

What do your bars require for set up?

Both bars require a flat surface along with access for set-up and breakdown. If electricity is not provided at your event when renting The Nomad, we are happy to add a generator to your package.
